WELCOME TO ROSE FORGROVE CHESS CLUB

The club is situated in North Leeds and we meet at the above venue every Wednesday evening from 7 o'clock until about 10.30. We draw members from all over Leeds and some come from as far a field as York, Wakefield and Ilkley. Whatever your standard - beginner or expert - there is a place for you in our chess club. This is one of the largest chess clubs in Yorkshire and we can offer:

	Social chess
	Internal club tournaments - handicap, rapid play, lightning and normal play
	The chance to represent the club in the Leeds and Yorkshire Leagues as well as in the National Club Championships.

When Rose Forgrove meet to play in matches other than in the Leeds League we meet at Kippax Ex-Service & Social Club, Church Lane, Kippax, Leeds LS25 7HF. Opposing captains should always check with Clive Davies.

We are a very friendly club & always welcome chess players of any age or standard.
